In most of our stores, we trade seven days a week, often with long hours of operation. We value staff who are willing to be flexible and can adapt to the hours of work that a busy retail environment demands.
The roles in our stores also require an element of physical capability in order to carry out the tasks required. To work in a BWS store, you should be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time and have the ability to lift up to 15kg repetitively.
