Our Sales Assistants take on a number of different roles within the store from stock control, customer service, merchandising to cash handling. Variety is the key as everyone in the store is multi-skilled to perform all functions.
 
In addition to thousands of dedicated and enthusiastic team members being key to the BWS stores success, there are a number of others working behind-the-scenes to support them.

At the
Norwest Business Park in Sydney , more than 100 BWS Support team members join other Woolworths Limited support office employees to make sure stores have everything they need to run the stores efficiently.
Training is an important part of ensuring our people have the competencies and knowledge to perform their current roles, and to ensure that we are developing our team to guarantee the continued success of the BWS business.
