Whether you're looking for a long-term career or a part-time role while you study, BWS offers many different roles within the exciting world of retail and the liquor industry. We are a young and energetic brand, looking for ambitious and motivated people to be part of our journey to success.

BWS stores employ approximately 3,500 employees around Australia in over 650 stores, across a variety of roles including sales, customer service, supervisory and management positions. In addition to this, our Support Office in Sydney has more than 100 staff in support roles including Buying, Marketing, Finance, Licensing, IT and HR to assist our stores achieve their goals.

In our BWS stores, you will find people from all walks of life, of different ages and from different backgrounds and cultures, but all our staff share a passion for retail and working with people. Assisting customers in a friendly and efficient way is the most vital part of the role in our stores.

BWS are a part of Woolworths Limited, and employees have the opportunity to take part in some of the best nationally accredited and recognised training at every level. This training extends from Sales Assistants at our most remote locations to the most Senior Executives.
